Expertise

Aslam oversees of the firm’s Business and Tax Investigations team and is one of the founding partners at KKMJ. He advises on high profile corporations in tax investigations conducted by HM Revenue and Customs and looks to minimise the client’s risk of prosecution and the amount of tax payable. 

He has been in practice for 50 years and has a wealth of experience in advising businesses on their tax investigations and structures.  Aslam, was also a licensed Insolvency Practitioner for a number of years and has considerable experience in corporate and personal insolvencies.  He looks after a number of high net worth individuals and advises clients on various aspects of tax and also specialises in complex tax structures and international tax structuring and corporate re-organisations.
