Expertise

Gordon oversees the Corporate Finance team of KKMJ.  Over the past number of years he has worked with and advised entrepreneurs across various sectors.  He knows what it is like being at the ‘sharp end’, having owned and operated a number of businesses, as a principal and in partnership.

He has advised on specialist valuations for companies and private investors.   These were in the valuation range of £250k to £50m for both an M & A Boutique House, and a large firm of accountants. He has advised on various Corporate Finance transactions from M & A Lead Advisory to engaging, valuing, researching, and securing suitable buyers for companies as well as negotiating the transaction through to completion. 

Gordon also established the Glasgow office for the Avondale Group, leading experts in the sale, merger & acquisition of commercial businesses.  In his spare time Gordon has also lectured part-time at Glasgow’s Caledonian University, in Entrepreneurial Studies and CIMA’s Professional Course in Financial Management and Decision Making’
